Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. Oak Tine is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, Oak Tine is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Oak Tine is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the carrier.

If you believe your package has been lost or stolen, please contact the shipping carrier directly. We are happy to assist where possible.
