Return Policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unused, unworn, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, contact us at office@oaktine.com. Once your return is approved, we’ll provide instructions on how and where to send your item. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We’ll make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the original item and place a new order once the return is approved.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns on:

- Gift cards
- Custom or personalized products
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
